Welcome to Daily Womb Yoga with Zara :

Every ( Mondays / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday ) at 10 a.m to 11:30 a.m ,
We gather at my yoga studio that I have linked the location , which is a very beautiful space designed with so much love for feminine healing arts and we tune our bodies with heart and spirit for experiencing fully aligned day through sacred practices and rituals we do together .

what is womb yoga

Womb yoga adapted to address the unique needs and experiences of women at various stages of their reproductive lives, including menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. The practice may include gentle stretches, pelvic movements, dance breath work, and meditation to cultivate a sense of connection with one’s body and reproductive cycle.

Zara is self improvement practitioner , womb healer and pleasure alchemist .
She is committed to serve the shakti path and help women to embody the wisdom of their womb .
She born and grow up in Iran and most of her life suffered from feminine suppression and patriarchy abuse .
She is experience in womb healing rituals , nervous system and trauma , Mayan healing womb massage , yoga , leadership and … .
She lived a decade in India and initiated in path of tantra and feminine healing and now her home is magical Koh Phangan .
