What is your hearts’ true voice?

We will let the energy of eternal breath guide us as we journey together throughout the night.

Through various embodiment practices such as movement, breath, sounds and song we will connect deeper into ourselves and everything around us. Inviting oneness, peace and unity within.

The ongoing communication that we are cultivating within ourselves manifests itself in our outer reality.
How do you communicate with yourself?
How do you communicate with others and with the whole world around you?
What kind of relationships are you cultivating?
Join this playful prayer of reconnecting yourself with the true nature of your being.

How often do you allow yourself to play?
Life can get very serious and if we are not careful, so can we.
Playfulness is a practice of reconnecting ourselves to the creativity and gratitude within every moment without judgement.

All is welcome.

About your space holders:
Anaïs Amblard
Music is my way to express Myself, my Love, my Energy, to Pray and Share with People.
After playing and singing for a while, I developped my Music into a Healing Jurney for People to connect to their Heart, and receive Love, Compassion, Sounds as a Medicine to Remember and Feel.
I am using Reiki through the spaces I create.
I guide Voices to open up, to speak out Loud everything that wants to come out, with Love and Compassion.
