I was born and raised in Greece.

After University and an Msc. in Finance, I followed a 20 years career in Corporate Banking. At my career peak, I was leading a team of 70 people and handled a loans portfolio of 1,2 billion Euro.

At a certain point, after the birth of my daughter, I realised that despite my great success as an executive, my personal life was completely mis-aligned and I was not really fulfilled with what I was doing. My marriage was broken, I had no real friends and I was in self-destruction mode.

This is when I took the turn into the spiritual and mystical path, began traveling to India, and received my personal mantra. All that, led to my resignation from banking, a few years later, in 2012. In the same year I had received initiation (Diksha) in India.

Since 2017 I created the space of Shakti yoga in srithanu, where we will be hosting our circle.

I follow my passion of sharing the art of de-programming our limiting beliefs, that keep us from realising our great potential.
