It’s really incredible, how much positive effect these practices can have on your mental and physical wellness! I’ve heard someone say they tried many many ways to get out of depression, and hardly any results until they tried breath and ice baths!

Join George for a succinct breath work session similar to wim hof method breathing of about 20 – 30 minutes. You will be guided how to find your own intensity and rhythm, and how to practice comfortably laying or sitting and abide in the resulting profound relaxation. Which then leads you to preparedness to enter the ice, ready to experience the benefits to your physiology and mental state.

14:15 breath work introduction begins and we do about 20 – 30 minutes breath and relaxation before rounds in the ice
